Sparks’ Smokin’ Selections brings Texas flavor to the East Coast in a variety of different ways, with flexible menus available for any and all situations. With all that being said though, we’ve made our name slinging a mean brisket at our pop up events outside of Dirty Franks on 13th and Pine street in Philadelphia.
